Senior Full Stack Developer (Python) (+5 Years of Experience)

Location: Remote (Based in Portugal)

Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Python Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Python, Flask, and modern web technologies. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be instrumental in creating engaging user interfaces and ensuring a smooth user experience. If you have experience with React, that's a huge plus and will provide you with exciting opportunities to contribute to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.

  • Develop user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Utilise Python with Flask to build robust backend services and APIs.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both frontend and backend components.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Strong knowledge of Python and experience with Flask.

  • Familiarity with React is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of Linux/Ubuntu environments.

  • Exposure to AWS services is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Based in Portugal
