Launch IT is an international digital agency that specialises in building cutting-edge websites and apps. As a UI/UX Designer at Launch IT, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to delivering visually stunning and functionally seamless web solutions to our clients.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in the design and user experience of our web applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, designing compelling interfaces, and ensuring an optimal user experience.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and deliver design solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to guide development.
Apply best practices in user interface and experience design, particularly for web and mobile platforms.
Participate in user research and usability testing to refine design concepts.
Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms.
Stay informed of the latest trends in UI/UX design and technology.
2-4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, etc.
Experience with responsive web design and an understanding of user-centred design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Based in Portugal.
